I started this because I got SO irritated that cookbooks these days seem to always serve 4 people. What if I didn’t want to serve 4 people? What if I just wanted to serve 1?!
So my first post is going to be a quick and easy and incredibly healthy. I love basa because it’s easy to handle and it doesn’t smell super fishy like salmon. And you can get 1kg bags of fillets really easily from your supermarket all debonned and deskinned. Crazy huh?!
